Forest Wilkerson has extensive experience in legal writing and appeals. Forest began her legal career as a research and writing attorney with the Federal Public Defender in Washington D.C.

She continued her career as a trial lawyer writing motions to suppress evidence, dismiss charges, disclose confidential informants, to dismiss based on prosecutorial misconduct, and more. She has had motions granted in each of these areas and more. She fights hard for each and every client by challenging the prosecution at every level through thorough and intensive research and writing on every issue possible.
